Terms of Service

Customers submitting orders online agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out by Again Faster Pty Ltd, ABN 47 154 179 496. The following terms and conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions and we reserve the right to make changes to the website and this document at any time. Please also refer to the fitbox Privacy Policy.

When ordering customers must be at least 18 years of age and, if they are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, they must have the authority to bind such legal entity. IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS, YOU SHOULD NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT OR USE fitbox Online Store Services.

fitbox reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

By Default orders will be shipped to the Online Store Gym’s Address and should arrive within 14 days. Online orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post or courier and should arrive 7 to 14 days later.

We are not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Orders are subject to all ordered items being in stock and payment being accepted. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email or phone.

All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD).

Returns and Damages
For custom gym apparel, we understand selecting the right size online can be a difficult one, however as each product has individual sizing details listed on their product page to ensure customers understand what size they need to order to ensure order accuracy, we cannot offer an exchange or refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing, unless the garment is in some way faulty. Refunds will only be applied if the product is damaged or deemed faulty, so please choose carefully. fitbox reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability.
